I tried to make a deposit at the drive-in window I had everything organized in an envelope with the request for the change to be in hundred dollar bills and I asked for deposit slips. I waited over 10 minutes at the window when I saw other lanes were coming and going, I called for assistance. The teller who came on, was not the original teller. She was rude at best and actually raised her voice at me. When my transactions were finally sent out the deposit was done but no deposit slips and the change was mostly in small bills. This is not the first time it had a problem in a shoe repairs Texans to restrict over the tellers are not sufficiently trained, and are now reacting in a rude manner. I have been SunTrust customer sincerely 90s however, I am now considering closing this account I’m going to another bank.
