1 /5 Kelly Taylor: As a tenant of a commercial property ( Yulee Corners) managed by ACR, I have had a very negative experience. ACR has been neglectful of the property. There is trash piled up in the shrubs and around trash dumpster. This trash has been here for months not just weeks. There are parking issues that have been long term with no resolvement efforts by ACR. As a Business Owner in Yulee Corners I care about the property being clean and well kept. ACRs response when I report issues is to make me feel like I am the problem and to set up barriers so I cant report problems. From my experience with ACR, I do not recommend them as a Property Manager.

Having just sold a home in another state where I felt I has to go it alone on several issues, she just took care of things, referred me to repair individuals, inspection companies, really stepped up to the plate with recommendations and timeliness reminders. I would definitely recommend her and her company and will use her if I have any other real estate transactions. Thank you Tara.
