OK OK The bank manager and assistant were incredibly welcoming and friendly! They were so professional and made everything easy to understand. Their clear communication was never pushy; they took their time to explain everything patiently. I am very satisfied and truly enjoyed opening my account. It was a wonderful experience! stephanie morale I need raymond james to give me as a beneficiary of my deceased mother dolores ensslen who died 3/14/2024 . my brother the executer /poa has no communication with me on all of moms a counts and well fargo banking savings and checking which was cl9sed i recieved nothing where did that money go?-dolores ensslen estate .. the trustee glenn her son does not inform me or give me my annual financial statements for years which is his job he also closes accounts and does not give me my share ..hes not doing his job and needs to be fired ..raymond james refuses to give me my needed finsncial reports the manager tonya tells me only glenn can give this to me ...well how do i get this when he wont talk or communicate for 4 years now with me ..something smells bad with both the executer and raymond james..i would have given you are 0 for allowing my brother to treat a beneficiary this way i want what is rightfully mine per dolores ensslen will..also moms house is going up for sale my sister vivian has let me know but thats the executer job and shoyld formally be in writing to communicate witg beneficiarys

Jeff J. Overall good bank, the only thing I dislike about it is the ATM. No drive thru ATM means I have the option to either brave crossing main Street like Im fording the river at the end of Oregon trail, dodging Toyota Tacomas, or park close to it in the "No parking zone" so I have a quick getaway in case someone wants to hold me at knifepoint for the $14.76 that I have in the bank.

Gia Girl The man that runs the place was so super helpful not only helped me sell my things but gave me a whole lot more than any other place around highlands county, Jerry was his name. The way that man runs his business is how everyone who has a business should do it. Keep up the amazing work, politeness, understanding my situation with a compassionate attitude and friendliness almost leaving that store wanting to do something nice for a stranger thank you guys.
