She and Pat are so helpful to answer our questions and provide information of a potential mishap helping us to make a more informed decision. The staff is always polite, will go out of their way to help get an appointment that works within our schedules and are greeted so warmly each time we enter the office even if we dont have an appointment.

1 /5 Gary Robertson: Im done with HR BLOCK! 375 dollars to do a simple 1040 form! Last year the cost was 235 dollars in Lake Placid and they had additional Montana forms to file! Preparer was nice but youve priced me out! UPDATE! Got email...congratulations Montana has accepted your tax return! I was not in Montana in 2022. Called HR BLOCK...supposed to fix and call me Monday! UPDATE! As of last Tuesday Pam said I would receive a 65 dollar refund due to the Montana state return which should have not been filed in the first place. As of Tuesday 2/21/23 I have not received a check or any communication as to them having fixed the problem! UPDATE! Received call saying she amended Montana state return and is holding my paperwork at office! Still no 65 dollar refund check yet after approximately 9 days!

5 /5 H.D. Barrett: The young lady that did our taxes was very polite and direct and showed us waste 2 improve AR way of thought with our many farm that we are creating. And to save on money and taxes next year.
