Several texts and a phone call with Scott, who was kind and thorough in explaining options for an RV loan. Appreciated he was not interested in "selling" to me but rather interested in helping me find the best loan for me. I would definitely call them again if in the market for a loan. They certainly have the customer at the forefront. Even the LIVE receptionist was a sweetheart!!

Bobby Do and Connector Carol Had a loan with B of A that had been paid off, but there were delays in getting the zero balance letter. Called this branch, was told by Charles to come in and hed help me out. Long wait, but Edwin was free and took the torch. Made a couple of calls and I walked out of there with a fax showing a zero balance. Couldnt have been better.
