5 /5 Bobby Do and Connector Carol: Had a loan with B of A that had been paid off, but there were delays in getting the zero balance letter. Called this branch, was told by Charles to come in and hed help me out. Long wait, but Edwin was free and took the torch. Made a couple of calls and I walked out of there with a fax showing a zero balance. Couldnt have been better.

1 /5 Beverly Huber: Extremely slow. Banker was pleasant but not professional or efficient. Had the emotional maturity of a teenager. Disappointing experience all the way around. Would not recommend if you want efficency and competence.

1 /5 Ronny Plummer: Never have any coins. When they do all you will get is one roll. They say it’s for the customers Am I not a customer? Customer service is not up to par! Highly don’t recommend banking with Bank of America! Felipe is not friendly. Everytime I go to get change. With a smirk I don’t have any. Ridiculous bank! Will close account soon so never have to see these people!

She gets ssi, because she has the autism and to thank the social security deposit that send the deposit to them on Friday. And they were supposed to post it here it is today. The 1st is when shes supposed to get her check and it still has not yet. Came in am going to the branch the 2nd call my attorney and social security when am there with a associate then am contacting the banking commission attorney making a report against them for holding my disabled daughters money should been deposited on Friday are saturday ive been a customer of theirs for years now. And they pulled this on my daughter, when shes disabled, when I had her transfer her account to bank of america stay away from bank America. Find yourself another bank even social security asked me. Are you sure you really trust Bank of America? I got the hint
