5 /5 Charon Fields: I love the Sanford Lake Forest location. They always treat me with so much hospitality and respect. Today I was helped by the teller Edwin Adames and he was super nice and welcoming. He even offered me candy!!! I mentioned sweet to my mom and he offered skittles which are my favorite. Thank you Edwin and the Lake Forest team for such a lovely experience!

2 /5 David Yeager: Let me say from the beginning this review is not against the employees at the Lake Forest location. No, this is against the lack of customer support from Fairwinds corporate. I have received repeated frauds alerts when using their debit card. The problem is when you call in to find out what is going on you find that Fairwinds apparently farms out their fraud services to a third party. The third party has employees that dont seem to be trained sufficiently. They cant find the accounts, they cant find the frauds, etc.. I end up having to drive to the Lake Forest location and have then fix it. Problem is it keeps happening and I can never find a human without driving to the credit union. Sorry, but I need an institution that has customer support.

5 /5 John Otero: We have been banking with Fairwinds since we moved here from Chicagoland. When we first moved here, there was 1 branch kind of close to us. We were delighted when the Lake Forest Branch opened and are stalwart customers. We wouldnt think of banking anywhere else! This is also a shout-out to Assistant Branch Manager Colleen Costello. Every time I go in, I have to say hello to her because she is just plain awesome, friendly,very professional, patient, and kind. She knows her stuff. Colleen, Im so glad youre with Fairwinds at Lake Forest!
