5 /5 Gabe Andrew P.: Made a mistake and put myself in a situation with Anytime Fitness and was sent to collections. I thought they were bluffing until my credit report came back. Called up here and spoke with Jenn to which I paid my balance in full. Shockingly, my score went up +30 within a week of paying it. Completely wiped from my report. Jenn was an awesome associate. Very pleasant and sympathetic. Had I known it was this easy, I would’ve done it months ago. :)

1 /5 Aidan: This is a collection agency for a gym who fraudulently sends collections to peoples crediting agencies and tanks their score. I had a collection sent for fees incurred outside my contract that i was not responsible for. They are intentionally vauge and refuse to give you any information about the origin of the collection and i had to resolve the issue with the anytime fitness location directly. The moment you actually hire a lawyer and rightfully pursue this, these people acquiesce. I am committed to making this company regret their existance until they individually email each crediting agency (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) explaining that a false collection was sent and it must be expunged from all records.

5 /5 Gabi de Coster: I tracked down an invalid collection notice from Anytime Fitness from Kingston and once I got ahold of them, they were able to confirm within 2 days that it was invalid and they got it removed from my reports. Im very grateful that despite being contracted by Anytime, they maintained integrity and did the right thing. While it was frustrating to get a false collection notice, they moved quickly and calmly to address the issue. Jenn and Monique helped me!
