Shauna Allen The staff were friendly and genuinely caring, which was especially appreciated during a sensitive time when I was handling my late fathers accounts. They were kind and attentive, making a difficult process more manageable. However, one area for improvement would be attention to detail. Although the death certificate was scanned in during my visit, it was later rejected by Bank of Americas estate department due to improper scanning that cut off important information. This oversight unfortunately added weeks of delay to an already challenging process.
