5 /5 Donny Young: Good afternoon, short and simple, my experience today was arguably the best experience I’ve had at Envision. Not that I have bad experiences when I stop by the office because that’s not the case. Today, was different because I was having a very bad day but the smile, friendliness and professionalism of the person helped me today made the difference. The banker name was Erica D. Wright. I was always told just simply being nice and courteous to people can brighten up a dark day and she did just that for me. Now, I feel much better and can finish my day on a great note. She is very professional and will always guide you in the right direction whether it be opening a new account or trying to refinance your vehicle! Bri is amazing at her job and I great source for information in the credit union, she can answer any questions or concerns you may have and have you feeling confident about envisions services!

5 /5 Toni Hannah: I love going to the Quincy branch. I don’t typically go inside the branch but when I do, I wait and go to the Quincy branch. All of the employees are really nice . Ms. Erica always greets you with a smile and tries to assist you in any way possible. She is definitely an asset to the branch .
