Her organizational skills made this process run so smoothly. She was extremely easy to communicate with every step of the way. I will continue to recommend Center State (South State) bank to anyone looking to purchase. We absolutely love our new home... :)

1 /5 Brianna Hegarty: Worst bank I have had the misfortune of banking with by far. They offer online banking, yet for some reason they said that my account doesn’t allow it? Outrageous over draft fees also. My account was negative 24 dollars and upon depositing my check that same day that the charges became negative, I was issued a $140 overdraft fee as soon as my check was cleared-for 24 DOLLARS. I will be gladly taking my business elsewhere if this is how things are run there.

5 /5 John Wilson: Although its a "large" banking organization with many, many branches, theyve kept the okeechobee branch as hometown as possible. Im always greeted by my name even though I go there maybe a couple times a month. AND you see the same familiar smiling faces when you visit. Some banks, if your a local, you know which one Im talking about, has new employees every time you visit. What does that say about that particular bank branch?? Im been very pleased with SouthState Bank and highly recommend them for any level of banking needs.

2 /5 Jenn Cooper: I have had my mortgage loan with this bank for the last 10 years. The girls at the local bank are nice. Thats why I gave them a 2. However, any time I have ever paid extra towards any account (principal & escrow) it ALWAYS gets applied incorrectly. Then it takes months for them to fix. Made an extra payment in April towards my escrow account. They applied to to my principal. Its currently June 3rd & it has still not been corrected after 4 phone calls that started in May when I noticed it was applied wrong.
