1 /5 Jennifer Daniels: If I could have given a 0 I would have but it made me choose 1 star. My family bought a 5 bedroom house havent had it for 4 years and we have had to replace our air conditioner fix our roof from it leaking and now having to redo plumbing and outter studs in the wall because it wasnt done correctly. I wouldnt buy anything from here unless you want to spend more money and always have a problem with the house. They wont honor anything even the first year with the punch list they wouldnt come fix everything so now im to the point we are going to take legal action

1 /5 Christian: Floor and ceiling was already damaged before purchasing said they will fix it due to our contract any repairs for yr never done cheaply made spacing between drywall, dont but a mobile home cheaper to build a block home

1 /5 kazuza9: This place is a trap, lowest quality homes and craftsmanship doesn’t exist. I’m a retired home builder and I give these homes 1/10 for quality, homes like live oak brand won’t last long and won’t keep value like campers. We’re have plumbing, electric issues, floor boards are loose and some are not nailed for floor joists. The home is less than two years old and we already have a spot on the floor sinking in in the living room area. I can go on and on. Live oak is junk and the home setup is horrible.

1 /5 BRENDA zoppo: The manager Josh is rude, he doesnt want to give all the details before signing a contract. Then in negotiations they raised the price, and refused to give me a new spec sheet to see where the price went up. I wouldnt recommend doing business with them.
