Was solicited to come to “Customer appreciation days” where I could supposedly refinance my loan and get some Christmas cash DENIED. Branch told me I would never quality for that amount in their branch Whose running this business? The home office or the branch? Wasted 4 hours traveling from Bonifay and 2 of those hours for them to check my credit Wondering if I will qualify for a refinance or another loan ever at this branch Paying $72 a month, it’s hard but it’s paid on time.

I talked with four employees and spent almost an hour interacting with them. My problem was solved and I walked away with a smile and in a great mood because of them.
