2 /5 L F: Worst bank ever! I’ve worked in banking for 30 years. Pending is the favorite word here. They put holds on my first 3 payroll checks from a local large company. Then my direct deposit finally came in “pending” social security “Pending”. Then they suggest Zelle for transfers, transfer was “pending”. One customer service rep is the snottiest I’ve ever dealt with. I gave 2 stars because Shannon is great! Helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. I’m on the search for a credit union. I picked this bank for convenience close to home. I’d rather drive 20 miles.
