Tireak was very knowledgeable and tentative throughout the whole process. Within one business day the refinance was done and I was just waiting on the payoff from my previous lender. Judith Oliver Betsy did a great job explaining how to switch my business checking account to earn 5% interest without any fees - my current business account with a national bank charges me $16 a month, although the business doesnt make a lot right now and I dont get any interest. iThink Financial definitely offered the best deal possible. Although I didnt switch right away, Betsy faithfully followed up and started a savings account with only $5 to be able to be a part of the credit union. I had to wait a little to see her, but thats what I have to do at my regular bank as well. No problem with this bank so far.
