Nate Jackson It is extremely difficult when your account is compromised by an unknown individual(s) and was successful in getting into my checking account and making purchasing for merchandise. This obviously was extremely difficult for my wife and I. It required the cancellation of all my checking accounts including the contact with all of my merchants. I offer all of the credit to my wife along with a special individual from the credit union. Her name is Ashley Smith from We Florida Financial Credit Union. Ashley was successful In assisting in the cancellation along with aiding in the contact of our merchants. She is definitely a special individual and aided in the cancellation of all of our accounts. I was able to get a car loan with having no credit history and I got an AMAZING rate, thank you so much to Cayla for helping me out with everything, she is super nice and helpful and even helped me out when the dealership I got the car from added a $7000 warranty without my knowledge and refused to refund, but thank you to Cayla and the auto adviser she set me up with Jonathan I was able to get my $7000 back. Jonathan and Cayla are both the best people!!! Thank you!

Rosa Golden We have been with Gulf Winds in Milton, FL since 2017 when they approved us for a new car loan with a really low interest rate. They are a great credit union with great customer service. Although today I went in and you have a new Asian guy that I havent seen before. He should be trained to wish his customers a good day, especially when they say thank you. Hes rude.
