1 /5 Josh Blackwelder: Absolutely the worst place to ever even think of getting a loan through. Very sneaky with hidden fees and the loan officer didn’t show up to the closing. Found out after the closing we had almost $10k in extra fees we were not told about. Extremely unhelpful staff all the way from Marianna to Tallahassee. I recommend getting a home or construction loan literally anywhere else and saving yourself the grief of dealing with this awful company.
