1 /5 John: AVOID! The monthly fees became exorbitant. Almost $750 a year when I am a home side-business, and was only doing about 20 transactions a year. When attempting to cancel, I was still charged several months later. I went with Chase and Authorize.net as a GunDealer. I am charged $0 monthly, and still have 2.9%-3.1% fees on the transaction. I am able to accept payment online and through online vendors like GunBroker.

We didnt read the fine print with some other card processors and quickly found out the hard way that they would not process cards for us since we were dealing with firearm accessories. This left us searching for another card processor that would help us get back up and running quickly. We found Blue Dog and they seemed like a great match. They were quick to get us approved. Their customer service is wonderful and the processing fees were less than other "high risk" processors we looked at. Their technical support was also great in helping us integrate with our shopping cart. I would highly recommend Blue Dog.

Their pricing structures are very fair but, most importantly, their customer service has been phenomenal. Jonathan L. has been our rep since day one and is always there for us. We have experienced a few hardware issues here and there but if we couldnt wait to have a new part shipped overnight to us, someone would drive the parts to us - unbeatable! I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to quote your business.

He has been very thorough at explaining their services and very responsive any time we have contacted him. We feel like weve gained a friend, not just a merchant rep. This has been such a welcoming experience compared to the company we used before whose customer service was lacking in many ways. Cant comment on the rates at this time, as we have not received our first statement yet, but looking forward to the savings we were guaranteed. Thanks Alex!!
