My Annuity Specialist contacted me and provided a wealth of information on the various types of annuities. He asked about my needs and goals and provided several options that would work well for me. He was very friendly and sincerely wanted to provide the best option for me.

4 /5 Dale Reed: Im new at learning about all of this, so my input might not be as useful as others who have a lot more knowledge. The initial information session was very good, and obviously handled by someone who knows the subject matter very very well, no doubt about that. I appreciated it very much. It was unfortunate for me to learn that the finance professional who responded to my request to learn more is based in (by which I mean physically in) the State of Florida, and that the company headquarters is in Massachusetts, because Im on the West Coast of the US. When I asked for a representative whos in an office more local to me, I was told theres not one in my city (a large city, by the way), not even in my state. Without saying its a drawback on the company itself, because I know nothing about it, I prefer dealing with someone I can see in person and face-to-face, even with the advent of modern technology giving various options. The country is too big for its only professionals to be in one single place, so I can find someone more closely located to where I am.

5 /5 bob young: The product that the agent steered me towards was a fixed annuity and was a life saver for me. I was offered a variable annuity by an agent in another company which was not an exact fit. Not only was the agent knowledgeable but he knew what my needs were and met them. Sincerest thank you from a most appreciative client.
