Mid Atlantic Finance Company - Clearwater
Naomi Tucker I want you all to know, my first impression of this company was "Horrible!" But I quickly changed that reasoning, - Heres what happened: "The company I bought my Mini Cooper from had turned over their accounts to, "Mid Atlantic Finance Company." When I received notice, I called myself being proactive and mailed my payment due by the 5th, on the 31st so, my bill would be paid early. Instead, I began to get all these A-I generated calls about a late payment, knowing I made my payment in advance. I simply, - dont do late charges! To make a long story short those constant (A-I), calls got on my last nerve! To resolve the matter. I called and spoke to several reps who in turn connected me to a supervisor. Before it was resolved I cancelled my check and paid by card. On two different occasions I spoke to an Account Manager named, "Anyissa," who took good care of me in a timely, courteous and professional manner. During the conversation, I was able to make her smile when I complimented her on her beautiful name..... What makes me so happy is my car is almost paid for and I thank God for that! Remember: "When you call any company to get information or help with a issue, - - "Be Patient, - Friendly and Courteous!" And if possible, - "Say something positive that might just put a smile instead of a frown on the Reps face." A good conversation is always better, - than a Bad one. You see, how easy a Negative Review can become, - a Positive Review. Thanks Anynissa for helping resolve my missing check woes, Whew! .........
