Jesse Barron I am editing my review because I posted after my first experience at this branch. It must have just been a nasty teller because I have not seen them since on my many visits back to this particular branch. Sometimes companies mistakenly hire not-so-great people and have to adjust, which they did. All that matters is they seemed to get rid of the person likely driving low reviews. I love going into this branch now. Everybody is so friendly and the service is quick.

fred hernandez Robert is extremely skilled with tax paperwork I feel strongly in highly recommending his services I will be back to my taxes again and telling my family and friends.

Letrice Waiters The customer service is the worse. The receptionist is rude and snotty. Came in to move My daughters 569 account. she clearly told me that I could not be seen at that office. I had to contact my service representative that was in Missouri when he finally gave me a call. They let me know that Garth could have saw me at the office also when I went back and asked her why did she tell me I could not be service and couldn’t answer any questions. She stated that her computer would not give her that information! Garth, however Was in his office, heard every detail and did not try to come out and explain what was going on very awkward. Did not know that Edward Jones had moved my account from his care to another representative So both of them were overseas of my account.No notifications nothing.

Kim Johnson Greg and the team at Retirement Income Source SW FL are great to work with. Greg helped me with my old IRA and gave me peace of mind over my investments. He is very thorough and professional, and relays concepts in ways I understand. I highly recommend him for your retirement planning.

Andy has a great way of explaining everything in a way that you truly know what’s being done with your funds and you can tell that they care about getting you to where you want to be.
