5 /5 Pamela: My financial meeting with Amy Micik exceeded my expectations! She was professional in that she asked me questions and listened to my responses. She took that information and made professional recommendations. It wasnt a cookie-cutter plan or response. She explained each recommendation and used language I could understand and relate to. She made me an actionable plan with a time frame that I felt extremely comfortable with and confident I could achieve them. If I had any uncertainty or questions, she was patient and explained everything in terms I could understand. I didnt feel rushed or pressured to commit, but left more self-assured and confident in my future! I highly recommend her for your financial needs.

1 /5 Shain Kraemer: WOW! I have been with Merrill Lynch for over 20 years and have never had this bad of an experience. I simply needed to sign a document and fax it back to the Merrill Lynch branch in Cincinnati. I was told they would not help me because I did not work with that branch directly. I am a client of Merrill Lynch but I cant use one of their branches for basic services?
