A C Moore I attended a Financial presentation at the Halifax River Yacht Club (which included a free dinner) and found it to be informative. I took plenty of notes on the topics that pertained to me. I was very pleased with the dinner that was offered (I selected salmon) and we were even able to take home leftovers. I plan on meeting with Mr. Poole to discuss Estate planning. The only suggestion I have regarding the presentation is to perhaps limit the amount of information presented. After an hour or so your attention starts to wane. Thank you.

As I walked into their front lobby, Gabby grabbed my attention and acknowledged me with a smile, a friendly greeting & welcomed me to the Credit Union. Now, thats a warm welcome, I thought to myself. Her tone of sincerity when she asked "How may I be of service to you" is what crystalized by first impression of the credit union: a place I’d like to do business with. We went through the process of opening my account as Gabby paid special attention to the fact that I had just moved into Ocala. She pointed out the other branch in town along with a thorough overview of all their services - not taking anything for granted. Our conversation was driven by her questions, seeking to understand my banking needs, so I sensed that she was not working off a "service script" like so many other credit unions. For the first time in about 3 decades, my experience in dealing with a credit union was not painful. It was pleasant, efficient, and gave me the confidence that this place will treat me right, like a TRUE partner would. Now, I look forward to my next visit. Extra bonus: She didnt have to wish me "Have a Magical Day"... as I was already on cloud 9!

OK OK The bank manager and assistant were incredibly welcoming and friendly! They were so professional and made everything easy to understand. Their clear communication was never pushy; they took their time to explain everything patiently. I am very satisfied and truly enjoyed opening my account. It was a wonderful experience! Lady Love Again today I wasnt able to log into my account because their system was down. This happens often and its inconvenient. Phone hold time is too long. Besides these things, I do get courteous service.
