Rolled quarters in hand, a simple task. I politely asked the teller, in which she did, in fact state, "only members" from the start. We both shared an awkward lengthly pause. I was intentionally waiting for some kind of help, possibly a memebership offer. Or maybe even another place that could help. Instead, she chose to stare back at me. Presumably waiting for me to leave.
I digress, the situation could have been handled much better on the credit unions part. The lack of respect here is astounding.
