1 /5 Boss Lady: The worst company ever. I have requested validation of the alleged debt and have been getting the runaround. They lack professionalism. I have been violated and deprived of my consumer rights after giving them my good faith and credit. I sent them a cease and desist notice that they neglected & mutilated. Not trust worthy. Will be suing them in federal courts for fraud. Bad business. Stay away from this alleged lender.

1 /5 Dariel marcos: I dont really recommend them. Unless you have no choice, I was approved with somewhat credit. I was financing a car with them and had lost my job and was scrapping as much money as I could to be current on my payments. Then I found a job and was trying as hard as I could to be current. I wasnt always late on payment until I lost my job. I was later phished(hacked, got my info stolen) and someone made payments on my car using an out of the country bank that they have information on. I never use my bank to make car payments I would always make them via debit wich they also have information on. So on the day I had the money to become current my car gets repoed and was later told that I cant be financed by them because of my payment history( as in the payments that wernt made by me.). They didnt belive what I said even though I had contacted them regarding those fraudulent payments that werent mine. I do appriciate one of the ladies that was nice to not charge me the nsf fee after I told her about that situation .they dont have special programs for struggling idividuals. They dont offer help... worst customer experience ever....

5 /5 Kenneth Scott: I was with the almost 4 years with no issues. They are always pleasant too. I paid off my loan last week. I’ll finance with them again hopefully.

5 /5 Nadia Franklin: I was with Local Finance for little bit over a year. I never had a problem with them and the only reason why I don’t have them anymore is because I was in an accident and my car was totaled. Andrea was the best and she made my experience awesome. Thank you Local Finance!

1 /5 pedro alvarez: it is unbelievable in the middle of the pandemic this company towed auto to the customers affected by covid-19 violating a federal regulation this is inhuman activity. I contacted customer service to speak with victoria (collection manager) who promised martha verastegui 3 moths with suspended payment as others bank around the country due to the pandemic we are suffering.Today 06/05/2020 she ordered repo martha v. auto, collecting her March, April and May, this is terrible.
