He did very diligently explain everything to me. He informed me that if theres any concerns or changes that I would like to do to my policy to just give him a call. Or the company a call. Were still covered for everything with the same amounts, but no longer over-insured for items that dont need to be insured. He was very helpful in following up after the hurricanes & made sure we filed correctly. Hes been great!
