1 /5 Mark Martin: Waited at the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. Upon finally getting to the service point, there was no shuttle. Dont know if the woman in front of me sent it in, or what. I push the call button, tell them theres no shuttle, and I want to deposit the check Ill be sending. An employee walks out and hands me a shuttle. I send the check and wait some more. The shuttle finally comes back and they had cashed the check rather than deposit it! I push the call button two or three times and send the shuttle back. After a few more minutes, someone answers and I tell them I wanted to make a deposit, not cash the check. More time goes by and and I finally get the deposit receipt. 34 minutes to make a simple transaction and it isnt even Friday! I dont know if its the tellers, their equipment, procedures or what, but service is extremely slow. I estimate 11 people were served in 34 minutes.
