5 /5 Nate Jackson: It is extremely difficult when your account is compromised by an unknown individual(s) and was successful in getting into my checking account and making purchasing for merchandise. This obviously was extremely difficult for my wife and I. It required the cancellation of all my checking accounts including the contact with all of my merchants. I offer all of the credit to my wife along with a special individual from the credit union. Her name is Ashley Smith from We Florida Financial Credit Union. Ashley was successful In assisting in the cancellation along with aiding in the contact of our merchants. She is definitely a special individual and aided in the cancellation of all of our accounts. She is clearly a special person and helped us in definitely clearing this terrible mess that we were in. Thank you Ashley and please continue being that truly special individual that you are. She took time to help me set up my app, zelle, checking, savings and answered all my questions. I was so impressed with her that I brought my daughter back and she helped my daughter open an account. She definitely is a great person to work in your branch ! It was so nice to see her again and have her help assist me with my banking inquiries! Definitely a five star rating !!! The branch is nice and clean and easy to get to and has nice seating.
