Gemechis Tolu I recently visited Trust Bank in Gainesville and experienced a disappointing level of customer service from one of their employees. Despite maintaining a polite demeanor, I was met with condescension by a larger Caucasian woman, who seemed displeased that I hadnt emailed ahead regarding a $400 petty cash withdrawal. This encounter left me feeling belittled and disrespected. While I have left a 5-star rating as I dont wish to negatively impact the banks overall rating, I believe its important for management to address this issue. I suggest providing anger management training and perhaps considering a role better suited to her strengths. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Stephanelle Hodges This is a family owned business and they are really good people and will go the extra mile to help and make you happy. Ive done business with them so long that we talk like were family. They have reasonable prices on guns, ammunition, jewelry and more. The prices they offer for pawns is about the best youll find in Perry.

SHAM ROCK If getting life insurance was an Olympic sport, Maddie would’ve gotten a gold medal in my opinion. She didn’t just set us up with life insurance, she set us up for generational peace of mind while somehow making the process fun.
