Robert Caslen I’ve been with First Command almost 50 years and had numerous advisors - all very professional and competent. But they saved the best for last. Lilian Mesquita is outstanding. Knowledgeable, friendly, and an advisor with great character, she not only speaks these complex issues in a simplistic understandable way, but she is not pushy or boastful. She is a great professional and I’m fortunate after all these years to have the best of the best.

Carol This is the best bank for customer service. I started at Chase and they would not help open an account. We walked in and they were so helpful. I have my daughter account at this Regions and they have been great with customer service. Tim was so helpful and so was the manager. They helped a young girl I am working with get on her feet by opening account when she is from out of state. Most banks will not give you the time of day. This one went above and beyond. I have my revolving line of credit through them and they have been great.

Kaila brown Wouldn’t recommend . These people are rude and spiteful. I got a 2015 for fusion from them in 2023 , the car was fine. I never missed a payment was great customer . The beginning of 2025 started to have car issues so i just decided to trade the car in for something more up to date. Traded the car in for a 2018 Kia optima , 3 weeks after i got the optima i started to have issues the check engine light came on, i took it to auto zone and the computer showed it to be the pcm. I called my financial company which was greater financial and they had the towing company come pick the car up to take it to the garage .A couple days later they stated that they believe it was the throttle body (which they made me pay 300 for) so they replaced it but if i continued to have issues with the car i would have to get it towed to Kia. Cool. A week and a half later i begin to have more issues with the car, every single light came on in the Kia and my car wouldn’t come out of park. They came to get the car a day later and had it towed to Kia march 27th. Even kia could not figure out what the problem was. Which had to be related do the pcm ! Which the the garage knew it wasn’t the throttle body in the first place. Mind you i barely got to drive the car. Everytime i would call they would say they didn’t have a update and they would call back, never once did they callback i would always have to call them and when i did call they would say we haven’t a update and why didn’t you make your car payment yet? Lol. Who would make a payment on a car they couldn’t drive? Here it is May 15 2025 the car is still in terrible condition. They offered to let me trade the Kia in and get a new car but i would still owe on the Kia!!! I told them I think it would be my interest to just not take the car and let them keep the Kia. Within a few hours they had towing company come to Kia to get the car repossessed so i wouldn’t be able to get any of my belongings out of the car and that i would have to pay 150 to get my belongings out of the car. Now i have a repossession on my credit for a car that was in terrible condition before i got it.

Whitney Ross If there was 10 stars i would definitely say this company is by far the best to help fix your debts and help establish building a business plan. The owner truly understands and cares in helping others. He has an amazing team that also cares for anyone who needs help plus they all make it less stressful and soooo much easier. For example Kaila has been really helpful in explaining on what to expect and has been on point. Mark Hoffman Sent a check from the home office. Accepted the offer. Was solicited to come to “Customer appreciation days” where I could supposedly refinance my loan and get some Christmas cash DENIED. Branch told me I would never quality for that amount in their branch Whose running this business? The home office or the branch? Wasted 4 hours traveling from Bonifay and 2 of those hours for them to check my credit Wondering if I will qualify for a refinance or another loan ever at this branch Paying $72 a month, it’s hard but it’s paid on time.
