1 /5 M W: They are difficult to reach and difficult to get information from. They recently changed their entire platform and dont know their own changes. very disorganized. We pay alof of money and cant even reach someone to talk to . called 4 times and it loops you and hangs up. Emailed twice. Their entire model is reviews, so equally their performance should also be reviewed. Companies spend alot of money on Homestars. They are not doing a good job at the moment.
