This Mulch (NoneYa) I have been banking at the I Think Financial, Delaware FORT PIERCE branch for approximately 15 years. I’ve seen it go through many BANK names starting back at Oculina Bank, IBM/SECU, etc.. Everybody with this bank, and this Branch, I have known for years and they are wonderful people. I consider them family. I have used their services in many financial forms, including, but not limited to personal banking, savings, checking, money, markets, CDs, letters of credit, loans, financial investment advisory brokers, as well as business accounts. Wonderful experiences await you. They aim to take care of your needs. I am a firm believer in small banking institutions. This is my primary pick.

Jillian Ozkara Benchmark was a wonderful place to work both in terms of professional development and culture. I’ve worked for several financial planning and investment firms in the past. Honestly, I have seen so many underhanded activities, such as advisors charging high commissions or selling products clients did not need. The advisors I worked with at Benchmark had integrity. It’s a smaller firm, so advisors are able to work closely with clients and build relationships. The advisors were honest, reasonable, and genuinely cared about each client. If I weren’t a Financial Planner myself, I would consider hiring Benchmark. They look your complete financial picture—they don’t simply sell products like everyone else.

Sara Jackson Erica is so very helpful and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our personal auto insurance company, and she was able to solve it very quickly. Erica always goes above and beyond to get what we need for any of our policies whether its the commercial or private.

Jennifer Made an appointment to discuss investments with Bob, we talked for an hour. Gave him all my information to have my rollover IRA transferred to his company to have him manage. Sent over the additional information he needed via email and never heard from him again. I emailed him & called his office twice. His receptionist told me the first time I called that he was out of the office. (Which I took as out for a meeting or something) Then when I called a week later she said he was still out of the office in North Carolina. I told her I wished someone would have told me he was on vacation vs just “out of the office”. She laughed and said “well he has an office there & he should be able to return your emails or call you” I told her how unprofessional this whole situation was. After that I still didn’t hear back. Now after a month if not longer I have emailed Bob yet again to inform him and just have it documented that I do not wish to have him handle my roll over IRA and that I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Of course no email back. Please take your business elsewhere if you want to have someone who is professional and reliable.

Peter Callan Sal at Finance Solutions has been fantastic to work with, Sal was able to guide me through the SBA process to secure much needed funding for my business when no one else was able to. Sal has become a huge supporter of my business and also a friend. I highly recommend Finance Solutions if you are considering working with them.
