1 /5 Anonymous: First off, I will not be doing business here because of Maranda. She was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I felt so unwelcome by her, and her negativity will lose this place future business. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, no thanks.

5 /5 John Chilton: I have done business for many years. One Main Financial made me a very good offer. However, they do not have the staff you have. Pam did great job. Your biggest asset is you branch manager (Pam). She tries to help me and does a great job of listening. I would not have stayed with Mariner if it was not for Pam.

5 /5 Georgetta Sharpe: When I went to my Milton Fl.office I was greeted with friendly faces and we were like old friends who just got together for coffee, they listened to why I was back to take out another loan with them. They didnt have an attitude of why I needed a loan. I feel very comfortable with seeing this office for help when I need help.

1 /5 2Levitt: I don’t like giving bad reviews, however I felt like the kind of customer service I received from Kelly was the worst I’ve ever experienced from a financial institution. I applied for a loan through their website a couple of weeks ago and received a call back right away. The lady who answered the phone told me I’d be working with Kelly and she would contact me as soon as she got off the phone. This was early Friday afternoon, I waited hours and no call. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and figured she got busy. I called back around 4 and Kelly got on the line we went over the application and she said she would call me on Monday. Monday came and went no call. The whole week came and nothing, so I called the office Kelly answered the phone laughing saying not hello or this is Mariner, Christian is this a good number and as I started talking she hung up. Didn’t receive a call back for an entire week. Kelly finally called and left me a message she needed more info. By then I went with another financial institution and got a loan within 48 hours. She did contact me today which was another entire week leaving me a message stating my income was not enough and if I could update it or call and cancel. I don’t know how anyone else is at that institution, but Kelly was unreliable, unprofessional and unresponsive when she said she would contact you.
