1 /5 2Levitt: I don’t like giving bad reviews, however I felt like the kind of customer service I received from Kelly was the worst I’ve ever experienced from a financial institution. I applied for a loan through their website a couple of weeks ago and received a call back right away. The lady who answered the phone told me I’d be working with Kelly and she would contact me as soon as she got off the phone. This was early Friday afternoon, I waited hours and no call. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and figured she got busy. I called back around 4 and Kelly got on the line we went over the application and she said she would call me on Monday. Monday came and went no call. The whole week came and nothing, so I called the office Kelly answered the phone laughing saying not hello or this is Mariner, Christian is this a good number and as I started talking she hung up. Didn’t receive a call back for an entire week. Kelly finally called and left me a message she needed more info. By then I went with another financial institution and got a loan within 48 hours. She did contact me today which was another entire week leaving me a message stating my income was not enough and if I could update it or call and cancel. I don’t know how anyone else is at that institution, but Kelly was unreliable, unprofessional and unresponsive when she said she would contact you.
