This young lady took the time to explain to me, and even show me on my phone Step-by-step the procedure that needed to be done to solve my problem. She made me feel welcomed, and all my questions, or answered without making me feel silly. If you would, please tell her, thank you so very much for making an old person. Not feel so silly.

During the whole process, she was very patient and very thorough in explaining in detail what I needed to do. I certainly appreciated not only her professionalism but also her kind and sweet demeanor! She was a perfect example of creating a very positive customer experience by simply being herself while having a detailed understanding of her job and what she needed to do. Way to go, Crews Bank!!!
