Tiffany Roberts Their very friendly and supportive. They do make you feel like family and they’re quickly to help you in need. This Madison Wells Fargo Bank is one of the top tier banks of the south region. Although I still have to agree with some more ppl in the comments. They need a Wells Fargo Bank within the city limits of Valdosta Ga. Most of their customers are from here. They do have a Wells Fargo Adivsory place here but for what that should have been the bank itself. Other than that ppl it’s a very good bank to do business with 100%. Love their customer service!!!!!

William Johnstone I called customer service and was prepared for the typical series of phone mail jail options. Jacob Fifer answered in short order and listened to my reason for calling, gave me the email address to send a wind mitigation report, waited on the line to make sure he received it, asked me to wait while it was uploaded and then scheduled a follow up call for next week!!!! Unbelieveable. My faith in humanity is restored.

Daniel OLeary Josh is great to work with. Constant contact between advisor and client, has always been available anytime I ask to talk. Really understands the trends of the market and knows how to uniquely balance risk and diversification within a portfolio.
