1 /5 Lauren Lewis: My fiance got there this afternoon to get something notarized at 4:30pm. No one was in front of him in the lobby. The manager sent 2 tellers home, while he sat waiting and then she proceeded to help 1 customer that came in after my fiance with a safety deposit box. She left him just sitting there while she was counting down drawers. They were not busy at all. At one point, the manager says to my fiance rudely "if its handwritten, we cant notarize it", without even asking if it was typed, which it was. After waiting 25 minutes and someone getting called ahead of him he left. Weve been banking with Wells Fargo for almost 15 years and unfortunately it did not surprise us.
She wasted our time and tried to find excuses not to help my fiance, while brushing him off until the very last second. Terrible customer service.
We are going to be looking for a new bank, moving forward.
