1 /5 Robert Williams: I was not going to write a review but evidently the employee at this branch does not understand " basic" business sense. If you say your going to do something than do it. A very long story short. I had an issue paying our VyStar credit card online, and went to the bank to pay in person. Very busy when I walked into this branch. I waited in line, and it became my turn to walk to the teller. However, this person asked to me wait one minute. I waited. It became apparent she was hoping the teller next to her would finish so she would help me verses her. Instead of meeting me at the teller station she walked out to me, and asked how she could help me. Mind you. The lobby had since became very crowded with other customers, and this employee decided to ask me in the open what she could do. I do not recommend business at this branch. The person who I am speaking of is the one in charge at this location. I truly enjoyed the services of VyStar but will not be forced to do business with someone who does not live up to their word or handle customers in a professional manner.

Absolutely, wonderful, young lady by the name of Ms. Kadaria was extremely helpful, very professional and now I realize why I bank only with VyStar. And I now understand why the bank gets such good reviews as their customer service was truly excellent From the moment I walked into the branch. Kadaria, the banking specialist with whom I worked, was knowledgeable, patient, and kind!
