Ellen Jakovich I attended a webinar on annuities with Carlos Dias and ended up scheduling a phone call with Carlos because it seemed he could identify if the annuity Id purchased 2 years ago was a bum deal or not. I suspected it was. After 30 minutes with Carlos, not only did I have a clearer picture of my annuity (it was not wonderful, but it wasnt a scam either), but he also identified a no-penalty exit strategy to gradually draw down the principle starting immediately. I didnt have to wait the 8 years until it matured to convert it into my Roth! Carlos also pointed out that my annuity was based on less-than-ideal indices, and he showed me (explaining everything) which ones I should use instead for more growth. I couldnt be happier! Carlos was prompt with his phone call, easy to talk to, easy to understand, and so incredibly helpful! There was no sales pitch or high-pressure anything -- just a wonderfully helpful call from a true professional.

My business partner and I were in the building meeting a client and were not aware that each suite had reserved parking, we thought the lot was reserved for the building itself. So we leave and a car had purposely blocked one of our cars in. Parked in the middle of the lot. We went to the suite to be greeted with an extremely rude receptionist and some guy in shorts and a t-shirt. First sign of unprofessionalism. They were both extremely rude and gave us an unbelievable attitude. She simply could have parked in the other spot for their office and left a note or could have been more understanding of the mistake... especially for guests of the building. For a financial office thats supposed to be professional and want peoples business, it was very disappointing. Out of the hundreds of clients of ours and we will tell our work colleagues about the experience as well...we will never refer 1!!!! That could have been handled much more professionally.

NGC A very good experience. The owner served me very kindly and offered me a fair price for what I brought to sell. The transaction went very well. I will return without hesitation. I recommend it.
