In that time, their customer service has left me pleasantly surprised and barring unexpected personal needs, I will not bank anywhere else again. Marianela Valenzuela helped me open my account here. She was knowledgeable on all their products and as a result of her information I got a $300 promotion for switching my direct deposit over. Tracey Burrow (branch manager) is fantastic. Every time I’m here it seems like she knows most of her clients by name. I’ve even seen people drop by just to say hi and go about their day. Banking has seemed so impersonal for so long that I’m just grateful to have a positive experience to share. Special shoutout to Kory Gonzalez as well!
