5 /5 Dallas Jeanty-Berg: I joined this bank solely because my office is in the same building for ease with simple transactions. In that time, their customer service has left me pleasantly surprised and barring unexpected personal needs, I will not bank anywhere else again. Marianela Valenzuela helped me open my account here. She was knowledgeable on all their products and as a result of her information I got a $300 promotion for switching my direct deposit over. Tracey Burrow (branch manager) is fantastic. Every time I’m here it seems like she knows most of her clients by name. I’ve even seen people drop by just to say hi and go about their day. Banking has seemed so impersonal for so long that I’m just grateful to have a positive experience to share. Special shoutout to Kory Gonzalez as well! Always helpful and accommodating and they are lucky to have him. Thanks BofA!!!

1 /5 Edwin H: Always 2 slow. It literally takes 30 minutes+ to execute the simplest of transactions with the lobby being relatively empty. More employees then customers and still moves at a snails pace. Last time Im coming to this branch. BOA overall has been great, but this location underperforms.

1 /5 Mandy Moore: Do NOT go to this bank unless you want to wait on long lines all the time!!! They only have one teller who a lot of people waiting! They don’t care and how do you only have one teller with 10 people waiting in line
