stephanie morale My mother passed away March 14th 2024 and my brother hasnt spoken to me in 4 years he is poa and executer --the last 3 months have been unfair and for a lack of words very sneaky I have no idea as a beneficiary what is going on for lack of communication from the Executer..moms assets and finacial statements are for me to see and neithe glenn or raymond james are cooperating with my requests.. and I want to know why I cant n get any information from the executer or Raymond James manager and Dan her financial advisor..Its my legal right to get all financial statements as a beneficiary so why does a executer get away with this ? no communication its his job to keep me informed..if he is not acting responsibly in his role as executer he needs to be removed- also raymond james will not give me the statements either..i was told my brother has to give them to me but how does that happen when he doesnt communicate ..I am reaching out to all on this review to make all aware of lack of professionalism from all parties and want opinions..thank you..

stephanie morale I need raymond james to give me as a beneficiary of my deceased mother dolores ensslen who died 3/14/2024 . my brother the executer /poa has no communication with me on all of moms a counts and well fargo banking savings and checking which was cl9sed i recieved nothing where did that money go?-dolores ensslen estate .. the trustee glenn her son does not inform me or give me my annual financial statements for years which is his job he also closes accounts and does not give me my share ..hes not doing his job and needs to be fired ..raymond james refuses to give me my needed finsncial reports the manager tonya tells me only glenn can give this to me ...well how do i get this when he wont talk or communicate for 4 years now with me ..something smells bad with both the executer and raymond james..i would have given you are 0 for allowing my brother to treat a beneficiary this way i want what is rightfully mine per dolores ensslen will..also moms house is going up for sale my sister vivian has let me know but thats the executer job and shoyld formally be in writing to communicate witg beneficiarys

Lis Ber They send unsolicited mail offering loans for secured rates. They do not stick with the offered rates. They then will have at the minimum, 4 different companies calling you trying to get you to let them run your credit as well. Oh and for the record, you will have to file a dispute against Prudent and their affiliates because they will place hard hits on your credit file even though they say that they wont. I will assume that this is a secondary lender that preys on people with poor credit but I cant imagine that there are not better and more ethical companies out there, no matter your circumstances. These people should be fined multiple times and investigated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau everytime they do this to someone. You can report them online.
