1 /5 stephanie morale: My mother passed away March 14th 2024 and my brother hasnt spoken to me in 4 years he is poa and executer --the last 3 months have been unfair and for a lack of words very sneaky I have no idea as a beneficiary what is going on for lack of communication from the Executer..moms assets and finacial statements are for me to see and neithe glenn or raymond james are cooperating with my requests.. and I want to know why I cant n get any information from the executer or Raymond James manager and Dan her financial advisor..Its my legal right to get all financial statements as a beneficiary so why does a executer get away with this ? no communication its his job to keep me informed..if he is not acting responsibly in his role as executer he needs to be removed- also raymond james will not give me the statements either..i was told my brother has to give them to me but how does that happen when he doesnt communicate ..I am reaching out to all on this review to make all aware of lack of professionalism from all parties and want opinions..thank you..
