Branden Staff was very friendly and professional! Helped me set up an account in a very short visit. Answered all of my questions and was an overall very good experience! The account is free of charges as long as you are responsible and keep your balance in the black, and they even gave me my debit card right on the spot! I didnt have to wait to use the account if I needed to! The nice woman who set up my account even set up the app on my phone so I could monitor my account activity! This is a great place to bank so far! I think it will continue to be my favorite bank! Thank you everyone at Crews! I Highly recommend this bank to everyone!

Baron Loud Worst financial group ever. They spent 8 months leading me along telling me my distribution was coming. Every month it was another month. When the windows finally opened it took them almost 3 months to deliver my distribution check. No direct deposit cash check only. When I called to see where my $100,000+ was they were very hostile and provided no information. If I could give it a lower rating I would. Absolutely the worst people on the face of the planet that only care about their bottom line and what they can benefit from MY money. 1000% never use principal financial!
