George Malone I’ve got to say probably the best bank around for customer service and overall banking experience… the staff is phenomenal I’ve been banking at the Fernandina branch for several years now !!!!!!
1 /5 Baron Loud: Worst financial group ever. They spent 8 months leading me along telling me my distribution was coming. Every month it was another month. When the windows finally opened it took them almost 3 months to deliver my distribution check. No direct deposit cash check only. When I called to see where my $100,000+ was they were very hostile and provided no information. If I could give it a lower rating I would. Absolutely the worst people on the face of the planet that only care about their bottom line and what they can benefit from MY money. 1000% never use principal financial!
