5 /5 Branden: Staff was very friendly and professional! Helped me set up an account in a very short visit. Answered all of my questions and was an overall very good experience! The account is free of charges as long as you are responsible and keep your balance in the black, and they even gave me my debit card right on the spot! I didnt have to wait to use the account if I needed to! The nice woman who set up my account even set up the app on my phone so I could monitor my account activity! This is a great place to bank so far! I think it will continue to be my favorite bank! Thank you everyone at Crews! I Highly recommend this bank to everyone!

I went to the Punta Gorda branch this morning in a bad mood about the “Hold” on my account for funds that had been deposited on 9/11/2025. There was a hold on those funds thru 9/22 and I thought that was excessive. Did my normal banking and waited to speak to the manager. I had long been thinking about what I thought I was going to do and say before she could see me in her office. Manager brought me in, sat me down and asked how could she help me. The manager looked directly at me and made eye contact before asking how she could be of assistance so instead of unloading on her I decided to give her a chance to remedy this situation. Stephanie Cole(manager) could not have been more helpful from her professionalism to her friendly demeanor towards customers. I went into the bank this morning looking for a fight and ready to switch banks, Stephanie Cole made me glad I was a Crews customer before I left to go home. I am giving her a 5 STAR review!!

They are all very nice, friendly, and professional. I deal with Maddie Booth frequently. She is a true banking professional with a caring, warm, and professional manner about her.
