1 /5 Tom Devine: They don’t understand what a pain it is to do business with them. There debt card is a joke, I’m sure I can get my money out Fort Knox easier. I was hoping to find a local bank, I would recommend skipping this one. Tom Devine

1 /5 Rob Nixon: My wife and I went in to get some financial papers notorized and were told they would help us. We explained we were not members but would be glad to become one as we did not have a local bank and were banking remotely thru a CU. These papers had to go out overnight to avoid losing thousands of dollars to the State. We were then told by the Financial Manager (Heather Thompson) that they could not do it the same day as we were not members even though we were willing to become members with a substantial deposit. We then went to see Ameris Bank and were immediately taken care of and we happily became members. I would never do banking at First Federal Bank in Live Oak based on our experience.

1 /5 Liz Hudson: Twice now our deposits are short by 20-40 at the teller with Christian working Deposit 400 in cash yesterday its not in my account the bank says we have to call Christian to see where he put it.. we did get a deposit slip but money disappeared..Every time theres a problem its with him doing the banking. Called Kathy the bank manager shes dumb to the fact. Poorly run and manages bank
