5 /5 Jannet Porter: Theses days you drive through atm for most everything,but for some transactions I go inside..The tellers are nice an helpful. Ive been a customer for twenty years an I am satisfied with all services. Ive experienced no problems with my account. All goes smoothly.

1 /5 Jim Streicher: Pay a $5 fee to cash a check written to me by a Regions Bank customer because I dont have an account with them? No way! Outrageous!!! My wife and I considered opening an account with Regions, but they charge fees for that, too! Maybe many banks charge fees for every service provided, but I know they all do not. There was a time when all banks were required to perform services to ensure the smooth, swift flow of commerce; now it seems their primary purpose is to reap profits for their shareholders by picking the pockets of non-shareholders.

5 /5 Neil Soule: Riky was great as usual! He always greets me with a huge smile and makes my visits to that bank very easy! Helped me with multiple things and not once did i feel like I was bothering him which I really appreciated.

1 /5 Kennon Moses: I visited the Marianna, FL branch today to cash a check. I was immediately treated rudely coming in the door. The teller was no older than 25 with a blouse that hung off her shoulder. Very unprofessional attire. I informed her I wanted to cash a check. She asked if I had an account with the bank. I answered no. She rapidly handed me back the check and said, "You need to put your thumb print on the check and it will be a $2 cost to cash the check." The way she said it was rude and very disrespectful. No warmth at all. Poor attitude.......rolling her eyes. I did as I was told and it took forever to get my money. I informed the teller that I thought her costumer service skills were horrible and I will come by tomorrow to speak with her branch manager. I would hate to think that I was racially profiled at this bank. The entire experience was dreadful. So, I dont recommend this branch, to new costumers. I bank with Wells Fargo and Im very happy with the service and respect I receive from everyone in the bank.
