2 /5 Kelsey Reeves: If you’re not exactly sure of what you’re doing, one individual will make you feel about 2 feet tall. I went through the drive through to cash my check, I took the clipboard to fill out the ticket. I had no clue that all I had to do was sign my name on the back of the check and put my account number. When one of your tellers says rudely and annoyed, “ma’am, what are you doing?” Just being plum rude in her voice. If you expect to be respected, I expect respect in return. Just because I’m younger than you doesn’t make me dumber. Please educate some of your employees on common courtesy and kindness. Thank you.

1 /5 D E: I wouldnt recommend this bank to anyone ever.. Ive been a member for 3+ yrs and really only because its the only bank in Baldwin, FL. However, I work 2 jobs( Head Waitress at my day and Bartender at night, so I have multiple direct deposits ) COVID-19 has temporarily closed both of my jobs so my acct went in the negative $23.37... WOW... I have received 3 letters stating I have 5 days to restore.. Im just blown away with whats going on around us and in a time like this to threaten collections W/O hesitation or care..Ive never been in the negative before..!! Ive heard ppl say " Just a name" Or "Just a number" Well Country Fed has definitely brought that saying to life for me... Today another one of my many direct deposits went in and everything is fine.. But, I will be switching banks ASAP and think this bank has the worst customer service ever...
