2 /5 Kelsey Reeves: If you’re not exactly sure of what you’re doing, one individual will make you feel about 2 feet tall. I went through the drive through to cash my check, I took the clipboard to fill out the ticket. I had no clue that all I had to do was sign my name on the back of the check and put my account number. When one of your tellers says rudely and annoyed, “ma’am, what are you doing?” Just being plum rude in her voice. If you expect to be respected, I expect respect in return. Just because I’m younger than you doesn’t make me dumber. Please educate some of your employees on common courtesy and kindness. Thank you.
