Ive banked with FFB for many years and love the smaller branches most because of their personable atmospheres. Wendy, Dowling Parks Branch Manager, is my personal go-to for any major questions or happenings with personal and business accounts. Shes very knowledgeable and, when required, points me in the appropriate direction for answers/solutions. Thank you to Wendy and the DP Branch employees for being you and being great at what you do!!

5 /5 Jonathan Lloyd: This First Federal Bank location is in a community where it is appreciated that bank employees take time with clients getting to know their needs and making complicated things simple. In particular, I want to thank Wendy Dickinson for walking through account opening with my mother and I. When mom moved to the Village, Wendy helped us understand the ways the bank works and let me participate in the meeting when mom asked. We took a minute, and we had waited for a few minutes to get to see her. However, it is not a problem to wait a little bit longer when you know you and those you care about are able to leave with peace of mind. You know your money is handled by folks who care. After my mom died, Wendy met with me and was able to reminisce briefly with me about my mother then helped me get everything squared away. It is comforting that the branch manager knew my mom well enough to miss her. I trust you will find all the folks there have the same spirit.

1 /5 CJ Kap: I deposit thousands and thousands a month with my business account and they want to put a hold on a $5,000 check when I have the balance to cover it in my account. I have payroll and equipment to pay for and they tell me I have to wait almost a week to get the balance. Unbelievable, they absolutely just lost a business account.
