1 /5 Kimberly Moore: I have a hard time believing this place has this many good reviews because literally everyone I talk to (people randomly using cards where I work, people Im close to, and acquaintances-a wide variety of people) absolutely hate it. Its the worst bank Ive ever had, from their policies to online banking. The customer service is terrible and my inability to get on the online banking that I thought was me, was something the people at the branch on the vystar software also couldnt do. Call customer service? Hello, you are on the Vystar computer and YOU cant do it? Couldnt give me a reason why. Everything about this bank sucks. Everything. If you open an account here, dont say you werent warned.

He was so patient and calm, which really helped me feel less anxious about everything. You can tell he genuinely wanted to help me work through my issues. His gentle approach made a big difference, and he gave me some excellent advice on how to dispute my credit concerns. I walked away feeling much more confident and informed. 5 /5 Jacob: Right off the bat Corey and Isabella were so incredibly helpful and made me feel immediately welcome walking in, Victoria and Ms.Kathy made it incredibly easy and fast to get a new card as well as get me my first secured card, best banking experience I have ever had! if I could I would give 6 stars!
