1 /5 William Redden: BEWARE Tellers are nice, Ashley in loans is sweet, but their system for loan management is atrocious. Loan support, horrible. Short story: I was in contact with their "customer support team" and notified them to reattempt to charge the account for payment on one of my loans through them. The agent said, sure thing, conversation over. Two months later, its showing as delinquent on my Experian report dropping my credit by 60 points. This company will gladly punish based on a set of "rules" but will not have those same rules applied to themselves. Even with proof, they would not assist. My recommendation is to take your banking and any loans elsewhere. Lawsuit to follow to rectify this error on their end.
