As I walked into their front lobby, Gabby grabbed my attention and acknowledged me with a smile, a friendly greeting & welcomed me to the Credit Union. Now, thats a warm welcome, I thought to myself. Her tone of sincerity when she asked "How may I be of service to you" is what crystalized by first impression of the credit union: a place I’d like to do business with.
